I want the consumer to win for a change. I want a product with a dependable battery. No need to spend extra money for a warranty for a product which has a shoddy design. Why should I have the expense to insure a product for faulty parts and poor engineering.

I just put my 30GB ipod with video 5th generation on ebay starting at $75, i like the ipod but not being compatible with WMP11 and having to have itunes installed on my computer to just didn't cut it, never was much of an apple fanatic, so with the money i will purchase a Zune and stick with microsoft compatibilty devices, so who will win, it's easy, people that like the ipod but like WMP11 will need a codec if available to run with WMP11, i think they have one now but doesn't support the album art, and the ipod fanatics will stick with itunes, so who will win Microsoft for me.
